Who's behind this

20+ years inside Australian lending — not another affiliate.

I've spent my career in the exact seat Harmoney sells to. Before building LoansAi.au I was a loans manager at Allsurity Finance, the Australian specialist in $30K unsecured personal loans. During that time Allsurity was writing up to $1 million in loans per day.

I brought across the entire Australian Property Finance broker network — roughly 600 brokers in a single move — which materially lifted Allsurity's origination volume. Before lending I spent five years in Australian real estate, referring thousands of home-loan enquiries.

Critically, my close friend maintained Allsurity's loan-decisioning engine, so I understand the mechanics lenders don't advertise: how that engine is tuned week to week depending on whether the loan book is open or closed, whether the funder is funding this week, and how credit-rating thresholds tighten or relax in response. A great front-end is not just a form — it's a policy engine that reflects the lender's real-world funding position in real time.

Translation for Harmoney: I already speak your language, your credit team's language, and your funders' language. I'm not asking you to educate me on lending — I'm asking you to let me build a modern front door for it.

Re-skin LoansAi.au (or a new sub-brand) as a Harmoney-owned property. We build, host, and iterate; Harmoney funds and holds the customer.
Funding-window aware decisioning
Wire the assistant to a policy toggle so eligibility, minimum credit scores, and DTI thresholds tighten or relax based on Harmoney's live funding position — exactly how Allsurity's engine behaved. Book open vs. book closed, without touching the front-end.
Broker / referrer portal
Optional aggregator layer. I brought 600 brokers into a lender once already; the pattern (tracking, split commissions, deal-status visibility) is well understood and can be built.
Multilingual expansion
English-only at launch by design (NCCP contract language). Phase 2: informational landing pages in Mandarin, Arabic, Vietnamese, Cantonese and Punjabi — the top AU CALD communities — routing verified traffic into the English application. New addressable market, minimal compliance surface.
Ei Amy conversational advisor
LLM-backed chat that answers loan questions with Harmoney's tone and product rules, with hard rails: no advice, no affordability guessing, always hand off to a human on hardship signals.
Why Ei Amy is a moat, not a mascot

EI, not just AI.

Every fintech in 2026 will claim "AI-powered." Ei Amy is deliberately positioned one step further: Emotional Intelligence. Loans are an emotional purchase — the new car, the wedding, the consolidation moment, the medical bill. AI answers questions; EI reads the moment.

The domain portfolio behind this includes eiamy.com and roughly 30 other EI/AI-related domains, so the brand has room to grow well beyond a single lender integration. For Harmoney, that means the front-end you partner with today has a defensible identity of its own tomorrow — which compounds the trust flywheel: honest first interaction → approval & funding → repeat borrower → word-of-mouth referral.

Repeat business and referral volume were the two levers that made Allsurity's $1M/day possible. They're the same levers here.

How we'd integrate

Three ways to plug us in — pick what fits Harmoney's roadmap.

1. Affiliate (today)

Approve our current affiliate application. Ei Amy routes qualified enquiries to the Harmoney application. Zero engineering cost to Harmoney. Fastest way to prove conversion quality.

2. Embedded widget (30–60 days)

Embed Harmoney's application widget inside the Ei Amy flow so the customer never leaves. Shared analytics, shared compliance surface, Harmoney remains the credit provider of record.

3. White-label / embedded finance (quarter-scale)

LoansAi + Ei Amy operate as a Harmoney-owned front-end brand, or under Harmoney's existing white-label program. We build and maintain; Harmoney funds and owns the customer relationship. Funding-window logic, broker portal, and multilingual layer added as needed.
