Privacy Policy.

LoansAi.au is an Australian loan-matching service. We do not lend money. When you choose to apply for a loan we hand you off to an ASIC-regulated lender (currently Harmoney Australia Pty Ltd — Australian Credit Licence 474726), whose own privacy policy then applies to your formal application.

Only what she needs to give you an indicative match:

• Loan purpose (personal, debt consolidation, tiny home, wedding, etc.)
• Requested amount and preferred term
• Employment status and income band
• Self-declared credit rating (excellent → poor → unsure)
• Standard, anonymised analytics (page views, device type) to improve the product

What Ei Amy does not collect: no tax file number, no bank login, no full ID document, no full credit file, no medical or health data, no biometrics. Those are only ever collected by the lender at the formal application step, on their own secure platform.

• To meet our legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not build a marketing profile of you from the Ei Amy flow.

The answers you give Ei Amy stay on your device to compute the indicative match. If you click through to apply, the lender's application flow takes over and your submitted application is stored on the lender's Australian-based infrastructure.

LoansAi.au's own website is hosted on infrastructure operated by Cloudflare and Lovable, with data in transit protected by industry-standard TLS 1.2+ / HTTPS. Any operational logs we keep are stored in secure, access-controlled environments.

In transit: every connection between your browser, LoansAi.au and any lender partner (including Harmoney's API) is protected by TLS 1.2 or higher — the same standard used by Australian banks.

At rest: because Ei Amy keeps assistant answers on your device, there is no server-side database of your assistant inputs to encrypt on our side. When you formally apply, the lender encrypts your application data at rest on their platform under their own controls (Harmoney publishes its security posture and privacy policy on harmoney.com.au).

• Assistant answers on your device: cleared as soon as you close the tab or restart the flow.
• Anonymised analytics: kept for up to 24 months to help us improve the product.
• Support and mistake-report emails you send us: kept for up to 24 months after your last contact, then deleted.
• Anything you submit to the lender is governed by the lender's own retention obligations under Australian credit law (typically 7 years).

We share your information only with:

• The ASIC-regulated lender you choose to apply with (currently Harmoney).
• Service providers that help us run the website (hosting, analytics), bound by confidentiality.
• Regulators, courts or law-enforcement if required by Australian law.

We never sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask us to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct any information that is inaccurate or out of date.
• Delete information we hold that we're not legally required to keep.
• Export a copy of your information in a common, machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent for anything you previously agreed to.

Email privacy@loansai.au with your request. We aim to respond within 30 days. If your request concerns data held by the lender (Harmoney), we'll help route it to them.

We use a small number of first-party cookies to remember your session and to collect anonymised analytics. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear cookies at any time in your browser settings.

LoansAi.au and Ei Amy are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

If you think we've mishandled your information, email privacy@loansai.au first and give us a chance to fix it. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
